Re: Bojan, Afellay, Shaqiri at Stoke... WTF
The signings are more about Sky's money than FFP.
FFP is everyone having the same wage limit and squad size not Man City buying £49m Sterling and probably adding £45m DeBruyn while we wonder whether we can afford another £10m player.

That said the fact that most clubs can afford a bit of quality helps the League.
Just waiting til one of the big clubs says they should have Payet though.

I like FFP and glad this has resulted in mid table teams make BIG signings. Much more even competition and proves what a a good thing it was to introduce this. Sky has a big part to play obviously.

Every one seems to be making some shrewd signings.

Bournemouth - Gradel
Villa - made loads although probably helped by Benteke money.
Palace - Cabaye
Leicester - Okazaki and Kante
Newcastle - Winjaldum & Mitrovic
Stoke - not just these guys mentioned but more
Sunderland - Lens
West Brom - Rondon

Great stuff. Although it's a shame we haven't been able to add to Payet with a few more world class players.

I'd have loved Shaqiri

I didn't actually know N'Zonzi had gone til I saw them v Liverpool. Sevilla for £7m wasn't it?
Surprised they went for that. They will miss him badly.
Seems strange to say but they look a bit FRAGILE now.

Arnautovic can go with that list too, Had they kept n'zonzi they would've been right up there for Europe but I reckon they will miss him bad

Shaqiri hasn't been the same since he married Gerard Pique. Only saw bits of him playing for Switzerland though always struck me as partial to a TOBLERONE

hahahaha

Shaqiri is very good

Better then Bolasie, Moses, Montero, Chadli and all other wingers that play for teams in that 6-12th mini league.

Amazed they have pulled it off. Expecting closest premier league in years as there is more quality outside the top 4 then ever before.

Bojan was very good until he broke his leg or whatever it was on a wet Tuesday night in Stoke.
Afellay has been drifting a bit on various loans so who knows how he will stack up.

Re: Bojan, Afellay, Shaqiri at Stoke... WTF
Afellay won't last a full season.
Bojan just come back from a serious injury
You have to wonder why other clubs haven't gone in for Shaqiri

Its going to be a very tight Premier League - anyone can beat anyone.
